Order Processing Time: All orders for our menswear collection are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary depending on your shipping address and chosen carrier method at checkout.
International Shipping: We offer international shipping options to select regions. Please note that customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply upon arrival in the destination country, and these charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number to monitor your package's journey to your doorstep.
Lost or Damaged Packages: Royal Avenue is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team immediately to file a claim and retain all packaging materials.

Return & Exchange Policy

Welcome to Royal Avenue. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from our menswear collection. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully to understand your rights and options.

Eligibility Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange for eligible items.
Condition of Items: To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
Non-Returnable Items: Final sale items, underwear, and customized products cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene and operational reasons.
Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect due to an error on our part.
Exchange Process: If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our support team to check stock availability before sending the product back.
Refunds: Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within a certain number of business days.
